1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using Cryptopricing you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Acceptable Use Policy, Risk Disclosure and DMCA / Copyright Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to every visitor of Cryptopricing, whether registered or not, and govern all versions of the Service - including the public website, any mobile or desktop clients, embeds, widgets, browser extensions, APIs, and communication channels we operate. Certain portions of the Service may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or guidelines that will be presented in-product; those terms are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using Cryptopricing you represent and warrant that (i) you are of legal age; (ii) you have the full capacity and authority to enter into these Terms; (iii) you are not located in, nor a resident of, any country subject to a comprehensive trade embargo or similar restriction under applicable law; (iv) you are not listed on any sanctions or restricted-person list; and (v) you will use the Service in compliance with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to you.

We reserve the right to refuse the Service, restrict features, or terminate accounts, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with law, mitigate risk, protect the Service, or protect other users.

3. The Service

Cryptopricing aggregates publicly available cryptocurrency market data - including but not limited to prices, market capitalisation, trading volume, token supply, historical charts, categories, exchanges, and news headlines - from third-party data providers. The Service is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes only. Cryptopricing is not an exchange, broker-dealer, investment adviser, custodian, wallet provider, money transmitter, or financial institution. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or offer order-routing, and nothing on the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset or security.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify any feature of the Service at any time without notice. We may impose limits on certain features, restrict access to all or parts of the Service, discontinue data sources, change data presentation, or introduce paid tiers at our discretion. Continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the change.

4. Account registration and security

Certain features - for example saved watchlists, alerts, or API access - may require you to register an account. When you register you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are solely responsible for (a) safeguarding your credentials, (b) any activity that occurs through your account, and (c) promptly notifying us at legal@cryptopricing.net of any unauthorised use or suspected security breach.

We may require multi-factor authentication, rate-limit or throttle account activity, suspend accounts we believe have been compromised, or revoke access tokens at our sole discretion. You may not share, sell, sub-licence, or transfer your account to any third party without our prior written consent.

5. User conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Service. In particular you shall not:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures of the Service;
• use the Service to transmit spam, malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature;
• collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access the Service except via our official API and within its published rate limits;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or any of the data made available through it without our express written permission;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Violations of the user conduct rules above are also violations of our Acceptable Use Policy and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, source code, data compilations, user interface, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other content we create or license (collectively, the "Cryptopricing Content"), is owned by Infraviewer LTD and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property right to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any portion of the Cryptopricing Content without prior written consent. Raw market data aggregated by Cryptopricing originates from third-party providers who retain their respective rights; you are responsible for complying with any additional terms those providers impose.

7. User-submitted content

Where the Service lets you submit content - for example feedback, comments, watchlist names, profile images, or support requests ("User Content") - you represent that (i) you own or have the right to submit the User Content, (ii) it does not infringe any third-party right, and (iii) it complies with all applicable laws. You grant Infraviewer LTD a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to host, use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, and display the User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service. You waive any moral rights in your User Content to the extent permitted by law.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, APIs, or services (including exchanges, block explorers, news publishers, and wallet applications) that are not controlled by us. We make no representation or warranty regarding those third-party services and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service’s own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability. Market data displayed on Cryptopricing may be delayed, inaccurate, stale, or incomplete, and you should independently verify any figure before relying on it for any purpose. 10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Infraviewer LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages - including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or trading losses - arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infraviewer LTD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (i) your use or misuse of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual-property or privacy right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have breached these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease; sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, and 17) will survive.

13. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, via the Service or by email). Material changes become effective fourteen (14) days after we post them, except where a shorter period is required by law or where a change addresses an urgent security or legal issue. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Infraviewer LTD agree that the courts located in London, England will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual-property rights.

15. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us in writing at legal@cryptopricing.net and to work in good faith for at least thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute informally. Claims not resolved within that period may be brought in the courts specified in section 14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class, collective, or representative proceedings.

16. Export controls and sanctions

You may not use the Service in violation of export-control laws, sanctions programs, or related embargoes administered by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, the United Nations, or any other competent authority. You represent that you are not a Sanctioned Person and that you will not use the Service to facilitate any prohibited transaction.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infraviewer LTD with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements or communications. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may freely assign them.
